Despite missing over three months of the season due to suffering a thigh strain in a game against West Ham, Ramsey still did more than enough to deservedly win Arsenal’s Player of the Season award. His talent had never been a secret but it was in last year’s campaign that the Welshman truly flourished into a player capable of turning heads.

Santi Cazorla still ramains 85. Santi Cazorla may not have reached the heights of his debut 2012/13 campaign with Arsenal but the midfielder still had a strong season despite being forced to play out of position on the left flank. Not only did he score some crucial goals for Arsenal, but he continued to utilize his expert passing to be an important member of Arsenal’s superb midfield. The attacking midfielder continued to look like one of the most talented Arsenal players.

Mesut Ozil retains 87. Ozil’s first few months at Arsenal were incredibly successful. The playmaker justified his hefty price tag, using his masterful passing to provide many assists including one in his debut for a club against Sunderland when he weaved a ball through for Olivier Giroud in the 11th minute. However, some of his performances in the latter parts of the season were poor for a player of such obvious talent. The attacking midfielder showed flashes of brilliance which certainly justified his status as one of the highest rated players in EA’s game but he didn’t do enough to warrant an upgrade.
